Hi there! I'm a senior double majoring in MCB and Psychology. I'll be graduating this fall, so I'm looking to sublet my bath in a female-only bath for the spring and summer (/ S. Fourth Street. Rent is $ for damage waiver)/mo. Location: - 9 min walk to main quad, 7 min walk to green street - min from / N/S, 8 W bus stops nearby - Ice rink around the corner Unit amenities: - In unit washer/dryer - Kitchen - Fully furnished with a TV - Utilities and wifi included, electricity is at a $ cap (on average, $/mo in the winter, $0/mo in the summer) Community amenities: - Patio with grills and fire pits across from the unit - hour study room (with pcs and free printing) and gym (both a few doors down from this unit) - Parking available inside building and around on the street for additional costs I'm willing to pay for the application fees and processing.
