Hello, everyone! I am sincere, friendly, and flexible. I’m a professional who works remotely and looking for a room starting mid-to-late November , for at least 3 months. I’m easy to get along with, flexible, and happy to help with cleaning and keeping things in order. I’m also a tidy and responsible person who values open communication. I make sure to keep shared spaces like the kitchen and living room clean and organized, and I always pay rent and bills on time. I believe that checking in with housemates before having guests over helps create a comfortable environment. Respect for personal space is important to me, and I’d love to live in a place that feels like a relaxing sanctuary for everyone. I’d like to live with a considerate housemate, ADU owner, or landlord who values a professional but friendly setup. Ideally, I’d love to be close to the ocean (Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Santa Monica, Belmont Shore). Things I’d prefer (but can manage if not included): internet, washer/dryer, and garage.
