Hi, my name is Hollis, a M musician from LA and I just recently moved to Philadelphia for work. I'm looking to move into a place (Center-city, Yorktown, Spring Garden) in mid-August with roommates. Budget is $+utilities. On any given day if I'm not working I'm writing and recording music or hanging out with friends later in the day. As a roommate I'd be communicative, tidy and keeping to myself most of the time. I'm also very open and adaptable to many personalities. I'd love to sit down and talk, if anything just to meet you!
