Hey y’all! I am looking to sublease my apartment at The Rise from Jan. . It is a single bedroom apartment on the third floor right next to the gym and pool deck area. The view in the apartment looks over downtown! Rent is $ a month and there should also be parking available at the turn of the semester! The Rise is an awesome apartment complex right in the heart of downtown. It has a hr gym and treadmill room. A pool deck and study rooms in the lobby. It has been a great complex for me the past two years! My apartment is fully furnished with washer and dryer in unit. It also has all the appliances in the kitchen so need to worry about that!
