It is a single story, three bedroom / one bath house with a comfortable Junior room available. The rent for the furnished room is fourteen hundred & fifty dollars and includes utilities. The house has a kitchen that is fully equipped. You have access to the backyard which has a fire pit, patio furniture and a grill. There’s parking in the front of the house. The room has a ceiling fan, a mini fridge, a full size bed. A desk, chair, and television can be added. There are already two residents in the house who are very nice and easy to get along with.
