My husband and I are opening our home to a roommate. Our home is a 5-bedroom home with two upstairs rooms available to rent. The home is on . acres in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. We are a Bible believing Christian household with plenty of hobbies to keep us busy in our retirement. We are located in Huntersville, NC. Rent would be $ for a large bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The cost of rent will include utilities, TV, and Wifi. There are two closets for bathroom supplies and bedding, and an extra refrigerator in the kitchen. We have a housekeeper who comes twice a month, which includes your room and bathroom, at no extra cost to you, if you are interested. We have a 5 lb Pomeranian named Angel. She is years old and still energetic. If you have a dog, you will be charged a $ initial deposit returned at move-out. You must make arrangements for our dog while you are away or working. I may be interested in walking your dog and giving it attention during the day for a cost.
