Professional single mum with my 8yo son. Ive been at same house now for years $pwk but owners are selling so we must be out by end of July. Would ideally like our own house townhouse or duplex. The market is brutal atm especially for a single parent. Open to sharing with another single mum but only if she is independent, clean & tidy, has a child same age for my boy to play with, is dramafree, has her own transport & reliable income. Pretty much a single mum thats also in my position.
