Room Wanted – OC (No Further North Than Huntington Beach) – $1k/month budget Hi, I’m Joey and I currently live in Costa Mesa. I’m forty-two and have never been evicted. I have a good credit score (7 hundred +) and can provide solid references. I work full-time as a project supervisor and personal assistant to a general contractor based in Laguna Beach.
