Hello, my name is Micheal Harrell. I’m a full-time building inspector with rooms available for rent in my three-bedroom, -bathroom home. Prior to purchasing this home, I had the chance to rent a room, which allowed me to save and improve my financial stability. Now, I’d like to extend a similar opportunity to individuals with a strong work ethic and determination to achieve their own goals. I believe my purpose is to help and give back to others. With that in mind, I welcome responsible, clean, and respectful tenants who are looking for a supportive, judgment-free living environment. I understand the challenges of California’s high housing prices, and I’m happy to help by offering a comfortable and affordable place to live.
