Hello! Looking for a single room to rent in St. Petersburg, or Tampa area! Ideally would only like one roommate. Separate bathroom is ideal, but not a dealbreaker. I’ve had lots of experience living in shared housing, and consider common areas to be left exactly how they were before and expect the same.
