Hello, my name is Savia. I am a year old student at SMCC and have a partime job at the grocery store. I am looking for a stable, reliable woman to renew a year long lease beginning September 1. The rent is approximately $ each. The internet is $ and electric is approximately $. Free parking available! I am a big crafter, I crochet and knit almost every day. I enjoy spending time with my friends and going to the beach! I like rock climbing, and honestly any outdoor activity. I babysit and work at the grocery store. I am a full-time student, I am studying filmmaking. With a couple flight hours under my belt, my dream is to go to flight school! I’m extremely outgoing and enjoy having people over. I like a good time and know how to have fun. I am not a neat freak, but I like to keep the place tidy. This is a third floor two bed room apartment with an ample living space that includes a balcony. There is a full kitchen (with dishwasher), a shared bathroom and closet space and coin operated laundry in the building. Just a minute walk from SMCC and only a fifteen minute walk from the beach! The grocery store is also very close, fifteen minutes on foot.
