I have a 4 bed house I will rent out 1room long term and a revolving rental to furnished finders. Very quiet here, any rental here has full access to house laundry kitchen etc Pets ok Plenty of parking . I am a private person , I give you the same . My Profession ,Interior consulting services, and Housing inspector ,been in the BayArea in construction for many yrs and now reside in Modesto - I’m in and out all day , mellow peaceful person and love my or privacy and pvt sanctuary of a home , very secluded back yard to lounge , pool hot running bbq out side movies etc .
