I am a full time working mother with a daughter who attends Torrey Pines High School. Happy to PAY MORE RENT than proposed. Looking for a bedroom , ideally with en suite bathroom but not an issue if its shared. clean , not loud and respectful. No pets , wake up around 7 am , bed time pm.
