Hey everyone! This is really early in advance, but my sister and i like to plan things ahead! -Looking for a roomate to join us in a 3bedroom apartment! Looking to move in around June th. -We are currently still searching for a place, but we want to keep rent around $ each(before utilities) and in/around the DTC/Cherry Creek/Greenwood Village area. -We are hoping by posting this early, we can all get to know each other better before living together. -Would prefer female roomate around our age but are open to a male roomate if the vibe is right. -I have two cats, so must be cat friendly! -Neither of us our super clean freaks, but we have a mutual understanding to keep shared spaces clean. - friendly but must be okay with smoking outside due to cats.
