I am currently looking for a roommate (preferably a; student, military or professional with adequate income to occupy a bedroom I currently have available in a bed 1bath condo. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are already furnished and the bedroom being rented out already has a Full size bed. Amenities included: balcony, central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, pool, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, laundry in building, yard, cable/wifi. Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water. -No pets please. -Single professional/employed, student or military preferred. -Security Deposit: $ -Rent: $; with utilities included I am currently occupying the other room so no need to heed strangers. I’m a chill, cool, friendly, easygoing and social person who enjoys positive vibes. I mind my business, cook, clean, go to work, work out and whatever else comes to mind.
