Hi! I'm a year old, single, elementary school teacher. I have a year old son who lives nearby with his father who will visit occasionally. I live in a dual master right off the freeway in the Sofi Canyon Hills complex on the border of Mira Mesa/Rancho Penasquitos. I'm renting the room for $ which includes all utilities. I already have two cats, so no other pets are allowed. The apartment has a washer/dryer in the attached garage, which I use for storage and office space. Since I don't park in the garage, I use the one space that comes with the unit. There is off street parking available on the next street over, or you can pay an additional $/mo. for a spot near the unit. For more about the complex visit
