I’m looking to rent a place with a responsible roommate, preferably in my age group, either near downtown or the beaches. I do have a cat, she’s well behaved and good with other cats and dogs as well. I currently work from home and I work a lot, so someone whose respectful during work hours would be appreciated. pretty easy going, I’m not loud, and I’m sort of a clean freak, but still good vibes!
