Hello! I'm looking for a room to rent (prefer private bathroom, but am open to discussing). Fully vaccinated/boosted. LGBTQ+ Ally. I do not smoke at all (looking for non-smoking household) I RARELY drink and when I do, it's not more than 2. I come with a small-ish beagle (ESA) who is a lazy diva, but a complete love. Love movies, TV (I come with ALL the streaming), board games, theme parks, travel, and performing arts. I am a little flexible on price, but would like to stay around $ before utilities.
