My wife and I live in a home in Manteca. Our available room for rent is unfurnished and on the second story of our home. There is also a large bathroom to share. Our Neighbourhood is very quiet and secure. We have 2 small very friendly dogs and 2 caged birds. Utilities are included with your tenancy.
