 We are looking for a roommate who works full-time or attends school out of the house, someone who is a Non- smoker, quiet and respectful of others. This apartment offers a Gas stove, washer/dryer in unit, small back porch area and common areas furniture. Please note there is No Central Air Conditioning, only 2 wall units.  
 Utilities are not included in rental fee and will be billed separately. All utilities are split equally including SoCal Gas, Pasadena Water and Power, and Spectrum internet. *Estimated Utility bill is $ per month*
