نبذة عني

Greetings! My name is Caleb! I am a former Iowan who is still relatively new to the area. My friends would describe me as introverted and a good listener. I enjoy various hobbies such as pickleball, kickball, and playing the guitar (don’t worry, I don’t plug into the amp!). I’m currently looking for a roommate to find and share an apartment with or simply to fill a vacancy in an affordable room. My lease is up on August 4th so I’d be hoping to move in right around then, a little earlier would be okay too. I work in landscaping. My typical work hours are from a.m. to p.m. during the warmer months and a.m. to p.m. during the cooler months. To reflect that, I usually go to bed at 9 p.m. and get up at a.m. during those warmer months and go to bed at p.m. and get up at 6 a.m. during those cooler months and I try not to deviate too much from that on the weekends. I’m not into partying but I would like to have a nice and cozy space to bring the occasional friend over (at convenient times of course!). I don’t travel often so I’d probably be around most weekends. I like to keep common areas clean and organized and I clean my dishes or put them in the washing machine after each meal. My temperature preferences align pretty closely with what most people consider room temperature ( degrees, I sleep better on the cooler side). I don’t have any food allergies but if you have a nut allergy it might not work because I do eat quite a few tree nuts and peanut butter. I like to communicate openly and directly about roommate/apartment related issues while also being polite and cordial at the same time. I’m fairly introverted so I do appreciate and value alone time but I also do like to hang out and chat. If you think we are a good match or have any questions, please reach out!
