Hello, my name is JayCee, and I am a full-time (5 classes) college student currently looking for a safe and peaceful living environment located in the Inland Empire. My ideal living environment is clean, quiet, respectful, and stable so I can focus on my studies. A little about me: I consider myself to be extremely introverted, I prefer to keep to myself and live a very calm lifestyle. I do not drink, smoke, or party. My free time is spent with hanging out my mom and family, or volunteering at my church as a youth leader, or watching football (Go Eagles!). I pride myself on being clean, responsible, and considerate of others. Financially, I am very reliable. I have steady, guaranteed monthly income and have never been late on rent. Aside from medical bills and student loans, I maintain fairly good credit. I can provide solid references who will vouch for my responsibility and reliability as a tenant. I am seeking something long-term where I can feel at home. I do have a very well trained and well behaved toy poodle (5 pounds) who is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is a years old retired service dog who does not alert or make noise unless there is an emergency. He sleeps all day/night for the most part, he stays with me in my room at all times and will never be a problem.
