LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE, CLEAN,NEAT, HONEST, REASONABLY FRIENDLY, LIKES ANIMALS, RESPECTFUL,KIND,MAYBE WORKS PART TIME, WHO IS NOT MOODY, CAN PASS BACKGROUND CHECK, APPRECIATES HUMOR, NO SMOKING, DRUGS , DRAMA, OVERNITES, EXCESSIVE DRINKING,My home is 3 bedroom,a shared bath with tiled shower , separate den and living room with a separate guesthouse , gorgeous backyard and large pool.Yard has large pecan and pomogranite and grapefruit trees, several small sitting patios, grass, flowers and 2 swings for relaxing including a hummingbird patio. It is convenient location to almost all needs plus, great neighbors and neighborhood wit several activities including live porch festivals, christmas party etc. Currently I have one male in the guesthouse and of the bedroomsand looking for at least 6 month renter.If interested please me for more info at Renee Thank you
