New new roommate at Riverland Woods for Co-Sign on existing lease.I have a beautiful apartment at Riverland Woods (nearly 3 years here), but my current roommate is moving out with his wife. I need a new roommate to cosign on a lease extension. Gotta' find someone within a month!
