Applying for room FEMALE ONLY or a whole place monthly utilities are included in the rent or if that’s negotiable. I’m a very clean and reliable tenant, have never had any issues in past rentals, and I work in solar with a steady income (I can provide pay stubs if needed). I don’t have pets and rarely have guests. I’m also working on starting my own small homesteading business, so I’m looking for a peaceful and stable place. I wouldn’t be moving until December
