I’m a year-old single man who simply needs a room to rent. I’m a physical therapist as well as a personal trainer. I’m easy to live with and get along with. I don’t smoke, rarely if ever drink, I have no pets, no kids, no girlfriend, no wife. It’s just work, gym and home for me. I wake up at am and am asleep by pm. I keep to myself but don’t mind being around people and have no issues if anyone has pets as I am an animal lover.
