Please me at if interested!!! Or message me on . Hi, I recently got back from a Thomas J. Watson fellowship have settled down for a bit in Boca Raton or around that area. I am mainly a writer but right now am also pursuing my goal of becoming a professional MMA fighter (like my older brother, a UFC fighter that lives nearby and co-owns the condo with me). I am rather quiet and keep somewhat to myself, I don't drink or smoke and really am not much of a bother at all. I like to cook sometimes and I enjoy writing and philosophy. I will be training MMA a lot while I am in Florida. I am not too picky, I just need someone who is amicable and trust-worthy. The place is honestly really nice, we got it furnished with completely new stuff including a inch smart TV, Kitchen table, and super comfortable couch. There is already a queen bed frame in your guest room, as well as a mattress if you want, AND new fitted sheets if you want. The area is super nice with an elevator and really quiet pool (with a grill). You'll have your own bathroom and shower if you so desire and even in-unit laundry (which almost none of the other condos have). Guest parking is always available. It's a perfect spot.
