Looking for a room

I am looking for a room to rent.It is only me and i am 23 and currently just working part time but looking to be on my own in some way.I can only offer so much due to poor hours and potential job moving. I have no pets but would love to own an indoor cat at one point or dog.They will be my responsibility. I usually am very quiet and keep to myself. Only do i rarely be loud but I usually limit myself as I play video games. I do not mind if you have guests or throw parties, or smoke.As I keep to myself.I will respect your privacy if you respect mine.

I am originally from California.I would love to find a new place to stay in. I do no form of substances nor will I have overnight guests. I will at one point would want to adopt a pet and I am willing to provide for it with minimal help
