I am looking for a room to rent.It is only me and i am 23 and currently just working part time but looking to be on my own in some way.I can only offer so much due to poor hours and potential job moving. I have no pets but would love to own an indoor cat at one point or dog.They will be my responsibility. I usually am very quiet and keep to myself. Only do i rarely be loud but I usually limit myself as I play video games. I do not mind if you have guests or throw parties, or smoke.As I keep to myself.I will respect your privacy if you respect mine.

I am looking to rent a room for just me. I will not have guests nor will I be throwing parties. I keep to myself and the only thing I may ask is that my privacy is valued. I am from California but I am willing to move out to a new place to start fresh and on my own.
