I’m twenty years old and own my house. I currently work as a pastry chef in st. Augustine for the past four years. I’m usually pretty quiet and like to keep my surroundings clean. I spend most of my free time reading when I’m not working all day. I’m looking for a Female roommate with a stable income and someone who doesn’t smoke. My home was recently renovated so all the appliances are new. I’m renting out one of the bedrooms and a private bathroom. There is also a small office size room that I’m willing to let someone use.
