I’m a year old, work from home professional. I’m seeking a room to rent. I work overnights. I’d love to have my own bathroom, but it’s not required. I have my own furniture, as well as living room furniture if that would be helpful. I am friendly and do like to have a beer occasionally. Nothing excessive. I have 1 cat who is dog friendly.
