Looking for room to rent with a cat

I am a year old dude with a cat named walter. I work in special education 5 days a week. My cat is a friendly guy he’s box trained, quiet, independent, and warms up to people quickly. I am a big sports fan and like to hang out with friends to watch the Celtics a lot. I would eventually be going back to school at mass bay for free so it should not affect my ability to pay bills. I am a friendly guy though I am not a big drinker however I do smoke weed but only electronic so no smell.
