I have one private room available for rent in the Mattapan area. The house currently has three respectful, working male tenants, so we are ideally looking for another male who is clean, responsible with rent, and can coexist peacefully in a laid-back yet mature environment.

The rental includes various amenities such as:

- Cookware and toiletries

- A kitchen cabinet for storage
- A hardwired smoke detector in the bedroom
