I’m pretty keep to myself but I have the ability to talk about nothing and anything for days when allowed. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly drug-free home. Unfortunately no smoking indoors (nicotine vape ok). No pets, last housemates had a huge golden retriever that was out of control and landlord is not comfortable with potential damage. Might be able to convince for a small well behaved cat. House rules are generally just clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and be respectful of other housemates. No quiet time set but this can be discussed later. Landlord does not do extensive background check but requests equivalent first, last & deposit (utilities are included) upon move in but will be returned end of stay. Half deposit will be kept if you don’t clean up after yourself.

Hi! My husband and I just bought a house in Taylor in a nice neighborhood. We are very easy going people and very clean. It’s a 4 bd room house with two full bath. Our fourth room is what’s available. Currently, we are redoing all the floors from carpet to a lighter wood looking lvp so I’m sorry I only have pictures of the undone house- how it looked when we bought it. And also giving almost everything a fresh coat of paint amongst some other small things before we move in. So move in date will not be until January , I just want to get this post up early.
