Original artwork, beautiful kitchen and separate large laundry room right off the kitchen where microwave and Breville toaster oven/air fryer are stored. Also kitchen has a pantry. Big backyard that is flat and has a shed for extra storage along with a large cellar with 2 dry rooms. I have an alarm system and 2 dogs. I am looking for a roommate to share the house with. You have free run of the house, just like me. year lease. Alarm System installed. All utilities included. Rent due on the 1st of the month. You can have people over that you know and trust but no wild parties. Same for me. No smoking in the house. Vaping is OK. No pets, I have 1 does not play well with other dogs/cats. He is old and grumpy.
