I’m looking to rent out two rooms upstairs in my home with a pool in Stone Oak. It’s a 4 bedroom house with 2 living areas one upstairs and downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 is available now and the other larger one possibly next month. One roommate just moved out of state which is the smaller room and the other is moving to another city possibly in October. One room is bigger than the other so the rent will be a little different. Rooms are furnished with at least a bed but can be emptied if preferred. Must be mindful of shared spaces. Females Only please! Also plant friendly is a plus🍃🍄 as we are, if this is an issue I’m sorry. No cats as my roommate is highly allergic. The lease will be at least until April.
