Private bathroom which you’d be responsible for keeping clean. In house laundry room. No drugs, no drinkers, must be financially and mentally stable. High speed fiber internet included. Must be okay with one small and friendly dog. Anybody that lives here is also responsible for keeping an eye out for the dog.
