Hi there! I'm a grad student at UCF, originally from Atlanta, and I have a little townhouse in Casselberry that needs one more tenant. The current occupants are myself and one other woman professional. Besides the private bedroom, the kitchen is fully furnished, cleaning supplies are stocked and available, the downstairs study desks are open to anyone, and the living room is likewise at your disposal for hosting friends or getting comfy. It's a nice neighborhood with quiet neighbors, and with headphones, we don't make much noise, either. I like to cook but also keep the kitchen clean, and I'm always happy to share pantry staples and cleaning supplies. I value a quiet study space and a solid internet connection, with room for houseplants and the occasional bit of gardening-- and I try to offer the same to roommates. We're aiming for a laid-back, openly communicative vibe balanced with personal privacy. This should be your home as well as mine, so please ask anything you'd like to know.
