Contrary to the old picture I have of the room, it comes furnished with a full bed, dresser set, nightstand, and desk. Rent includes utilities (electricity, water, internet, trash, etc.) and pets are welcome at no additional cost (I even have a dog door from the dining room to a fenced in backyard). The house is generally quiet and clean, and parking is usually easy.
