Hi! Just wanted to share a little more information about the room and living arrangements. I currently have a roommate who has been living here for approximately two years. We share the common areas, and she also has a dog who is super sweet, quiet, and you’ll barely even notice she’s around! So you would need to be comfortable being around a dog. I also have a son who lives with me part-time, as I share custody with his dad. The monthly rent is $900, with a $400 refundable security deposit. The room already has a bed, and a background check would also be required. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of others. I just want to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone!
