Roommate Wanted

Hello! I'm looking for a cool roommate to room with us! There's three guys including myself in our late twenties to early/mid thirties, so with you included that would make four of us total. We're a pretty chill bunch and get along well. We split chores between us, which include mowing the lawn, shoveling the snow in the wintertime, and taking out the trash, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms as needed. We're not really party animals so we're not really looking for anyone who's into that scene. No shade! You do you. But we want someone who's relatively easy going. We have a cat but aren't really looking to add any pets to our house at this time. Depending on the pet though, things can be negotiated. Rent does NOT include utilities, Internet, or trash/water bills. Those are separate, and can range from ~$40-$160 a month depending. Please note it's not $160 a month on top of rent every month; it fluctuates. I just want to be transparent so people know what they're getting into here. We have a main bathroom with a shower on the first floor, a half bathroom in the basement, and a washer and dryer unit in the basement as well. Kitchen cones with an electric stove, a fridge, a microwave, and a pantry. Living room is a shared space for all, and the room you'll be renting will be shown to you when you arrive. It has bay windows so it's got some nice views. 1 car garage and small driveway. We utilize this during winter months. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. I'm probably forgetting some stuff, but I'm happy to help answer any questions. Please note that for your room specifically, you'll need to furnish it yourself. We have furniture and stuff in the house, but that's the shared spaces.
