Apartment Features: Modern, open-concept layout with 9-foot ceilings, in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a private patio/deck.
Parking & Pets: Open surface parking is completely free for residents (optional paid detached garages are available if needed). The community is pet-friendly and welcomes pets (though current household has no pets).
Community Amenities: The complex features a swimming pool and sunning deck, a 24/7 fitness center, a clubhouse with a billiards/pub room, a dog park, and EV charging stations.
