The roommates
You'd be living with two great guys who both work in fintech sales. The one in the master bedroom travels all over the country and is rarely home. Once winter rolls around, he's gone and in Florida for about 6 months, so you'd basically have a huge 3 bed / 2 bath to yourself. The roommate you'd share a bathroom with is awesome I believe he is 26: very clean, organized, and easygoing. I've loved living with him. Both are respectful and easy to get along with. The room: It's very clean, and I'll make sure it's spotless before you move in. It has a large closet. I'm planning to take my furniture, but I'm happy to sell it if you're interested.
The apartment
* Nice kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need
* Huge private balcony with two fire pits and couches, accessible only to us
* Big living room with a huge couch and TVs for the games
* Clean, with a little clutter The cost
The most you'll ever pay is $2,175 base rent + $160 utilities per month. The master bedroom covers everything else. Move-in fees
There's a $200 transfer fee and a $100 lease application fee. I'll cover both to sweeten the deal.
