Hello, I’m looking for a private bedroom with a private bathroom—my budget is flexible, but ideally under $ 1 K ($1,000). I am a straight gentleman (he/him), and I work in marketing and full-service AI automation for businesses and nonprofits. I am also doing my MBA and love to relax, wind down, and meditate after a busy day. So I prefer to share a roof with someone who is also responsible and civilized and has a common sense of decency and manners. A smoker is a non-negotiable for me.
