The house itself is a 3 bedroom terraced house with separate bath / loo / bedrooms upstairs and a living room / kitchen diner / garden downstairs. The property has been re-decorated 4 years ago and has wooden floors / double glazing / Gas Central Heating throughout. There is also an off street parking outside of the house to be arranged with the council. About you:

Location: The house is located 5 mins walk from London Fields and regents canal, which is close to pubs, libraries and shops. The nearest underground station is Haggerston, which is 5 minutes walk away. There are direct buses going to Liverpool st / Old st / London Bridge / Oxford circus / Waterloo / Victoria / Walthamstow. There is a large Tesco / Sainsburys 15 mins walk as well as small shops around the corner.
