Hey people. One of our roommates is moving out before our lease renews and we are looking for someone to take his spot. It’s the master bedroom with a private bathroom currently $1,150 a month. This does not include utilities. The room is around 14 x 12 feet with near wall to wall closet space with additional storage above the closet. Pictures of room attached to post. It is a 12 month lease.
The building itself is in Serra Mesa right by Kearney Mesa and up the hill from Mission Valley. Quiet neighborhood but plenty of street parking. There is no AC but overhead fans in every room. Laundry room onsite at back of building that takes quarters. No Smoking. No pets policy and minimum credit score of 625. ( both enforced by our management company)
We are 2 males 29 and 30. I’m an auto claims adjuster and the other is a grad student at UCSD. We are both relaxed, big into gaming and horror movies. Please be LGBT+ friendly.
