Looking for someone to Sublease

Looking for someone to Sublease (4x4, roughly $600, refurbished apartment unit!)

Hello, I will be leaving my apartment in January of 2027. I live at the Villages at Chandler Crossings and my rent is $550 before utilities. The only utilities you pay for is gas and electricity. The unit is a 4 x 4.

My apartment has been recently revamped with a brand new washer and dryer, as well as a new water heater. My room got a brand new bed, as well as brand new carpet throughout my unit last year.

If you are interested, please text me about it!
