The apartment is in a great location, just:
• 7-minute walk to Gelson’s and a 20 minute walk to Trader Joe’s
• 15-minute walk to Franklin Village
• 15-minute walk to the Hollywood Reservoir 🗓️ Move-in: Available November 1 (afternoon/evening)
🏡 Month-to-month, with availability at least through early January Base Rent: $1,600/month
• Utilities: usually around $100 every 2 months
• Water/sewage/trash: under $50/month
• WiFi: $17/month
• Parking spot in a gated garage
• Shared washer/dryer
• Shared kitchen + kitchen utensils
• Dishwasher
• A/C in room + heater
• 🐾 Sorry, furry friends — no dogs or cats, but other pets may be doable! 🛏️ The room:
• Private bedroom
• Private bathroom
• Unfurnished and undecorated (photos represent the room as it is before it’s vacated, feel free to spruce it up however you’d like!) • Spacious closet (Will be mostly empty, aside from a few boxes, so there’s plenty of space for suitcases, hanging clothes, shoes, boxes, and other belongings) 👯♀️ A little about the roommate situation:
There will be another girl living in the apartment, so I’m ideally looking for someone who is easygoing, respectful, clean, and generally looking for a comfortable, peaceful living environment. She is clean, considerate of shared spaces, and works in office most of the day, so the apartment is generally pretty peaceful. Any girlies needing to work from home is totally fine! Ideally, we’d love to find someone whose lifestyle and vibe are a good match so that everyone feels comfortable in the apartment.
