说明

I have a new lead remodeled and completely furnished basement apartment. The bedroom has a door that separates it from the bathroom and also has a door that separates it from the living room and kitchenette. There is a couch that has two recliners and a reclining chair it's fully furnished with television a 65-in and a 45 in in the bedroom it also has two closets two dressers and a California king size bed that is extremely cozy. The kitchenette does not have a stove but it does have a magnetic burner a double burner a George Foreman grill an air fryer oven combination and a microwave and a Keurig coffee pot. It also has all the kitchen tools that you will need to cook and eat there is a kitchen table with four chairs there's a rug ottoman everything for the comforts of home. I'm looking for a mature adult or a traveler I can do 30 days or more. I prefer no pets but I'm open to discussion. It is not suitable for kids since it is only one bedroom. The home is located in the safe cul-de-sac neighborhood there is a backyard with a fire pit and a Blackstone grill l on the front patio. The home is handicap accessible with doorways over 23 in no stairs and the entry is handicap accessible you can park right by the front door.
