Looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP at Monarch 716! You would have your own private bedroom and private bathroom in a shared, furnished apartment. My roommates are two girls and one LGBTQ male who are clean, respectful, and really easy to live with. We are all 21-23 years old. The apartment comes furnished through the complex, so the main furniture is already provided. I also have quite a few decorations, and I’m willing to leave some of them if wanted — decorations are negotiable! I keep the apartment very clean and regularly deep clean the floors, baseboards, bathroom, etc., so the space should be comfortable and ready to move into.
Base rent is $640/month. Electricity is separate and is usually under $100/month. This is an official lease takeover/replacement through Monarch 716, not a sublet. You would apply directly through the leasing office and need to meet their approval requirements. Depending on income/credit, a cosigner may be required. I’m happy to meet up, show you the apartment, and help you through the paperwork/application process to make everything as easy as possible.
